Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your session by text, call or email. If you cancel 24 hours before the start of session, you can reschedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of session, you cannot reschedule and you will be charged in full. Refund Policy: You can only be refunded if the tutor does not show up for the session at the appointed time. Late Policy: If the student is late logging onto Zoom, the session cannot be extended because the tutor has another student right after. Therefore the session will end at its usual time and be billed in full. If the student is not logged on at the start of the Zoom session, the tutor will wait five minutes for the student to log on. If after 5 minutes the student has not logged on, the parent will be contacted. If there is no response the tutor will wait 10 minutes for the student to log on. If after 15 minutes since the start of the session, the parent has not responded and the student has not logged on, the tutor will end the session and the parent will be billed in full. Progress Reports: If you sign up for more than one single session or for a membership or package plan, you can expect to get a progress report for your student every 2 weeks via email. Tech/Apps: Required: Free Versions of Zoom. Link to Download; https://zoom.us/download Optional: A graphic drawing tablet with a pen is optional but highly recommended for online tutoring. It enables students to write directly on the Zoom whiteboard in real time, creating a more interactive and engaging learning experience. Here is an example of one you can purchase on Amazon: https://a.co/d/eU0WwCc Homework/School Materials: If your student has any homework, worksheets, tests, or other schoolwork to review during the tutoring session, please email or text it to us beforehand. This way, we can upload it to the Zoom Whiteboard and be fully prepared for a productive session. Test Prep Tutoring Disclaimer We do not guarantee any specific increase in test scores. Many factors beyond our control, such as student motivation, homework completion, and overall commitment to the program, play a significant role in test performance. While we provide support and resources, student effort and engagement are key to success.
